At St. Joseph of the Lakes we have many opportunities for sharing prayer requests, receiving or making a prayer shawl and participating in various prayer groups or reflection retreats.
Prayer Network
The Prayer Network has been a profound support to numerous persons in need. You may also place prayer requests in the prayer vase found in the chapel or in the prayer book located on the St. Joseph altar in the Historic Church. Requests for prayers can be made to Meisha Johnson at (651) 784-3015 ext. 108 or MeishaJ@SaintJosephsParish.org. Contact Meisha Johnson if you would like to volunteer for the prayer network to pray for requests.
Prayer Shawls or Pocket Prayer Shawls
Knitted or crocheted shawls or pocket prayer shawls are distributed to the sick and those in need to assure them they are wrapped in prayer, love and are not forgotten by our community. Contact the parish office at (651) 784-3015 to request a shawl for someone in need or to pick up a kit to make a shawl.
