The mission of the Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is to embrace the diversity of the women in our parish, and guided by the Blessed Virgin Mary, enrich God's Church and the women of our parish community spiritually, emotionally, and physically through support and education.
The CCW is proud to sponsor the Community Caring for Life. Our pro-life group supports the Lakes LifeCare Center in Forest Lake and the Women's Life Care Center in Little Canada by collecting and recycling aluminum cans (trailer at the west end of the parking lot), donating baby quilts, sheets, formula and all baby items, sponsoring a Baby Shower each January, and helping with the infant interment cemetery (within our own cemetery). We also provide the casket for pre-born (miscarriage) infants and stillborn (full term) infants at no cost to the family.
The CCW also sponsors:
- Meals to those in need of short-term assistance
- A child in Guatemala through Common Hope
- Several educational and general interest programs throughout the year
