| 4 RCIA Session
Are you or is someone you know wanting to take your faith to the next level? The R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) process is designed for those who are interested in searching out the Catholic faith. It is open to the unbaptized, those who have been baptized but un-catechized in the Catholic Church, and those who have been baptized in another tradition. Sessions run from September through Pentecost. The R.C.I.A. community includes the candidates and their significant others, sponsors, catechists, a liturgy coordinator, ministers of hospitality, and a director. In addition to the regular weekly sessions on Thursday evenings, certain rites marking stages along the way are celebrated during weekend liturgies.
