Daily Mass in Chapel

Starting on Wednesday, January 18 daily Masses will be held in the Chapel off of the Worship Space. The place is changing not the times or days of the week - so we hope you will join us for Mass.

CCW Baby Shower

The CCW annual Baby Shower benefiting the Forest Lake Care Center commences on January 14 & 15 after all Masses. Baby bottles and envelopes will be available for cash donations, as well as onesies with items listed that the center needs for its clients. Please consider helping this alternative to abortion organization by making a donation to them and by keeping these mothers and their children in your prayers. Please return donations the following weekend, January 21 & 22. Last year we were short $200.00 to meet the year before total. Please help us make this year even bigger - THANK YOU!

All Altar Server Training - Tuesday, January 31 at 6:30 pm in the Worship Space

Calling all Altar Servers. St. Joe’s is having an all altar server training refresher and training for new altar servers on Tuesday, January 31 at 6:30 pm in the Worship Space. Anyone who is 4th grade – adult are welcome to be trained. Parents, this is a great opportunity to volunteer with your child. If you are interested in becoming a new altar server and have questions please contact Bill Kusterman in the parish office.

Parish Newsletter Submissions - Due on January 31, 2023

You are invited to submit an article for our next parish newsletter. Articles about happenings around St. Joe’s, your faith journey, an actively-involved parishioner, or a topic that is relevant to our worshipping community may be emailed to [email protected] or sent to Anne Serwe in the parish office. Articles are due by Tuesday, January 31.

Fair Trade and Sunday Breakfast - February 4 & 5, 2023

We are in the Great Hall February 4 & 5 after Masses.  Come on down to purchase some beautiful and creative gifts to share for Valentines with teachers, babysitters, loved ones and friends!  Then on Sunday join us for breakfast in the Great Hall with Cinnamon rolls, hash browns, bacon and egg bake. 

Cana Supper - Saturday, February 11 at 6:00 pm in the Great Hall

Married couples: our Annual Cana Supper will be held on Saturday, February 11 at 6:00 pm in the Great Hall. Join us for a gourmet dinner and dance with music from our own Java Soul. Tickets are $70.00 per couple. You may sign up in the gathering space or in the parish office. Space is limited so reserve your spot early.

Time for Bingo! - Sunday, February 19, 2023 in the Great Hall

Feeling the winter blues? Come have some fun at our Winter Bingo Blast! This break from the mundane is on Sunday, February 19 from 12-2pm in the Great Hall. We’ll have pizza, pop, and cookies for sale and fun bingo prizes for all ages!  There’s also a silent auction to ramp up the fun! Bring the family, bring a neighbor or friend as this is fun for all ages!  Proceeds help our mission trippers and our van fund for Believe Guatemala.

Join us at St. Joe’s for Mass on Wednesday, February 22 at  8:30 am or 6:30 pm in the Worship Space.

Parish Mission - February  26, 27 & 28 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Worship Space 

Patrick Conley from Relevenat Radio's "Practicing Catholic" is hosting our 2023 three-day Mssion - Discoving Your Gifts & Charisms. He will be addressing questions through a deeper dive of our individual and unique gifts and charisms. Join us for one, two or three of these FREE evening talks and discover your gifts.
