Vacation Bible School - Rainforest Fall - June 15-19
Rainforest Falls (VBS) is geared for kids entering Pre-Kindergarten through of 5th grade for the Fall of 2026-2027.
Join us at St. Joseph of the Lakes Church this summer for a week of fun at Rainforest Falls (VBS). Rainforest Falls is a wild adventure deep in the jungle! Kids will explore rushing waterfalls, tall trees, and amazing animals while learning how much God loves them. With fun Bible stories, music, games, and hands-on activities, each day is packed with excitement, laughter and faith-filled discoveries. Get ready to explore, play, and grow at Rainforest Falls!
Cost is $65.00 per camper until Friday, May 29th. Based on availability, late registration will be accepted at a fee of $75.00 per participant. Click here to register your child/ren.

Graduation Breakfast - May 31 after the 10:00 am Mass
The Men’s Group invites our parishioners and all of our High School Graduates to our annual Graduation Breakfast after the 10:00 am Mass on Sunday, May 31. This breakfast is to honor the amazing achievements of all our graduating seniors of 2026 and to announce our our 4 Scholarship winners so all applicants are encouraged to attend the 10 am Mass and the breakfast in the Great Hall.
Thursday Night June 4, 2026
Typically there is a Mass on the 1st Thursday of the month in the Historic Church at 6:30pm. For June 4, 2026 people are welcome to join in and pray the Rosary as we will not have a Mass for this evening.
Corpus Christi (Eucharistic Procession)
Sunday, June 7 after the 10:00 am Mass St Joe’s is having an Eucharistic Procession to celebrate the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ. We will process from the Worship Space to the Pavilion where Fr. Bill will have a special blessing and then will kick off the Blessed Together Event. Then the procession will continue onto the Historic Church for benediction and adoration.
Kick off Summer with Faith, Family, and Fun at St. Joseph of the Lakes!
Join us for the St. Joe’s Blessed Together Celebration on Sunday, June 7, right after the 10:00 am Mass.
Bring the whole family for an afternoon of faith, fun, and community. We’ll have a bounce house, lawn games, exciting kids’ activities, hot dogs and chips, family summer ideas, and more! This free event is all about making memories together while celebrating the joy of faith and family through the Archdiocese’s “Reclaiming Sundays” initiative.
No RSVP is needed, just come ready for fun! We can’t wait to celebrate with you at St. Joe’s Blessed Together Celebration!
Last Sunday for Childcare for Summer is June 14, 2026
Childcare is offered with the exception of Holiday weekends during the 10:00 am Mass for children ages 1-4 from September through early June. No reservation necessary. The Childcare Room is staffed by a trained employee whenever childcare is provided and volunteers assist the Childcare Staff. We’ll be back in September!
Family Playtime at St. Joe’s on Wednesday Mornings
For parents/caregivers and their young children, ages birth through kindergarten. It’s a great opportunity to: have fun together, meet other children and adults, do craft/music/story activities together, play and pray. Join us on Wednesday mornings 9:30 - 11:30 am in the Childcare Room through June 10. Then join us on the Playground/Pavilion at St. Joe's for more Family Playtime from June 24 through September 2! Fee: $2.00 per child per session. No registration necessary! Come when it's convenient for you.
Baptism Preparation Classes
Our next Summer baptism class is scheduled for:
- Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon in Rooms 101-103
