2 Adventure Kids
Children's Liturgy of the Word
Those children in Grades 1-6 are invited to their own special readings of the week during the 10:00 am Mass. They will be called down to the leaders during Mass by the priest and then follow the leaders to Rooms 101-103 for their own readings for that Sunday's Mass. The leaders will then bring them back to the Worship Space to join in on the liturgy of the Eucharist. All middle and high school students are invited to help in creating some Valentine's Day treats and decorations for residents at Stepping Stones Emergency Housing. We'll be decorating cookies, making cards, and making themed decorations for residents to enjoy. This is a great way for middle and high school students to take part in social justice work that benefits our community. There is no cost for this event. The Knights of Columbus are sponsoring their annual "Lumberjack" breakfast after the 8:30 and 10:00 am Masses. Come down to the Great Hall for eggs, sausage, french toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, hash browns and corned beef hash. This is a "FREE WILL OFFERING" with proceeds going to Lakes Life Care Center and to ARCHES (Aquinas Roman Catholic Home Education Services). The Ladies Auxiliary is selling tickets for a Lottery Ticket Board, a Family Fun Basket and a Liquor Basket. We are meeting in Rooms 107-108. St. John's Bible Learning Presentation
All are welcome to join us for our next presentation on the Saint John’s Bible this Thursday February 27 from 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the Gathering Space. We will be discussing the illuminations in the final volume of the Saint John’s Bible which covers Letters and Revelations. Attendees will experience up close the spectacular artwork, learn of details on the overall creation of this first handwritten Bible in 500 years, and more. A spring trip is being planned to St. John’s University to visit the Hill Manuscript Library, where original pages of the St. John’s Bible are on display. No matter where you are in your journey as a mother and a Catholic woman, we know there are plenty of joys and struggles along the way. This small group is for mothers with children ages 0-18, bonded by their vocation and solidified by their faith. Our goal is to connect young mothers to form lasting friendships and encourage growth in their relationship with God. St. John's Bible Learning Presentation

All are welcome to join us for our next presentation on the Saint John’s Bible this Thursday February 27 from 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the Gathering Space. We will be discussing the illuminations in the final volume of the Saint John’s Bible which covers Letters and Revelations. Attendees will experience up close the spectacular artwork, learn of details on the overall creation of this first handwritten Bible in 500 years, and more.
A spring trip is being planned to St. John’s University to visit the Hill Manuscript Library, where original pages of the St. John’s Bible are on display.
